Adult Programs


Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung

All lessons are taught in small group classes or individual lessons. Every few months I run an Adult 6 week beginner Tai Chi Class on Thursday evenings from 7 PM to 8 PM. Prospective students must register for this class in advance. These classes are appropriate for people 14-64 years of age.

In addition, every few months I run a Senior 6 week beginner Tai Chi Class. These classes are geared for Seniors  and are held on Tuesday Afternoon  from 12 to 1 PM. All students must register for this class in advance.

Some of the things that will be covered in the Tai Chi Class are history, philosophy, proper breath technique, meditation, chi cultivation and solo forms.  These classes are taught in an open and fun atmosphere with lots of student interaction.

American Kempo, Shaolin Chin-na, and Traditional Weapons

All instruction in the fighting arts and weapons is given to the individual on a one-on-one basis.

This instruction will include punching, kicking, throwing arts, escaping, and grab techniques. These classes give the student an in-depth knowledge of self-defense through the study of oneself.

Boot Camp Fitness Program

One on one fitness instruction based on years of martial arts practice and study.  This instruction is based on each individuals fitness level and taylored to each persons fitness needs.

This program concentrates on the three main pillars of healthy fitness which are muscle mass, flexibility, and cardio.  Students will see results quickly and gain greater insight into a higher fitness level.  These lessons are conducted outdoors with little or no equipment and use your own body mass and muscle confusion to gain results.
