As meditation, Chi-Kung is a means to still the mind and enter a state of consciousness that brings serenity, joy, mental clarity, and bliss. Many practitioners find Chi-Kung, with its gentle focused movement, to be healthier and more accessible than seated meditation.
This 3-week workshop is designed for the beginner and others who are interested in learning more about meditation and Chi Kung and starting their own routine. The following will be discussed:
